Biography

Now living in Leeds (UK) I have been involved in making music for over 20 years, starting out as an engineer in various studios while doing live shows in a covers band, and then playing synths as part of my own act ‘Nemesis’. I have also been a nightclub DJ, playing House, Trance and Drum & Bass. I have a Masters Degree (MA) in Creative Music Production. I have been running ‘Lee Adams Music’ since 2009, producing, writing and mixing many records for various clients

I have been around music my whole life, first picking up a guitar at 5 years old. When dance music exploded in the 90’s, I wanted only one thing: to be a DJ. Happily I fulfilled this but always wanted more and proceeded to learn guitar, keys and bass. I became a nightclub DJ for a few years and also played in a covers band playing bass and guitar. My ‘Nemesis’ project started life as a writing/production partnership but ended up as a live band, touring the UK in 2011/12, I played synths and also was the musical director of the band. This album was originally released in 2012 but was remastered and re-released in 2024. I have produced, written and mixed many records and played bass/guitar and keys on many more. I am a fully professional producer, songwriter and mix engineer. I have also served on Submarines in the Royal Navy.
